Hello and Welcome! 

My own personal journey has led me to become a mental health therapist. Through personal experience, I’ve learned that life is not always predictable or safe. I understand the nuances of living in a world in which things don’t always go as planned. I also know the joy that can come from learning about the real, authentic stuff we are made of when we do the work that helps bring our internal and external worlds into alignment. I have learned that vulnerability is the core of courage and I will hold what you share with me in the utmost care. To me, therapy is a way to find peace with all parts of ourselves. I am committed to hearing your stories and supporting you on your healing journey. As humans we have everything we need to heal inside of us. And sometimes, we need another person to walk beside us, show us who we are, and perhaps more importantly, who we can become.
